Peel the egg and mash it up in a bowl with a fork.

Add everything else and mix it around. Mash it until it’s as smooth or chunky as you like.

Eat it with crackers or take some bread and sliced tomato and cucumber with you and make a sandwich. If you’re in a rush in the morning, you can just put everything but the egg in a container, then peel and mash the egg into it when you’re ready to eat.

*Never put poison in food or drinks.

Boiling Eggs

The best way to hard boil an egg (hard boiled means the yolk is completely cooked and set) is to put a couple of eggs in a pot and add water until they are barely covered. Put a lid on the pot and put it over a high heat. As soon as the water boils, turn the heat off, leaving the lid on. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 minutes. Then rinse them in cold water and you are all set to peel them. To do that, pick up the boiled egg and tap it gently and repeatedly on a hard surface, rotating it as you go so as to make cracks all over the egg. Once it’s good and cracked all over, pick the shell off like a scab. Rinse it under cold water occasionally to help the shell move along. Keep picking and rinsing until it’s clean.
